What to do....

So this past weekend, it rained and rained and then rained some more! So what are we to do? Our outside plans were put on hold, so this is what we did. Can you guess??? :)

Say HELLO there!!!

To Baby Case!! Today we were able to get an inside view and take a sneak peek at our growing little baby. And we are so happy to announce that it is a little boy.................or a little girl!!

We love the element of surprise so you will have to go along the ride with us to find out. Either way, we will be happy! Here is his (or her) head, abdomen and and little hand.
So fun!!! And here's the glowing mommy with a definite baby belly which I love!
Wow..it's hard to believe we are over the half way mark. This pregnancy is flying by so quickly. Makenna Claire loves kissing the baby (belly) and depending on the day, saids she wants a little brother or little sister. Either way I am sure she will be pleased.

We love you so much already, our little one! xoxo

Happy Easter!!

Makenna Claire thoroughly enjoyed this Easter. We spent our Easter Holiday just like we have the last five years...spent the morning with The Case's and then the evening back home with the Jayhan's. Busy, but so fun!! These pictures we took before we headed out for the day..love them!!!
Makenna was delighted with her Easter basket the Easter bunny brought her!
And on Saturday she took part in the second of three easter egg hunts. What a lucky girl!
Oh yea...and it will be a long time before Scott and I will forget this image!! We were both busy in the kitchen while MC was playing quietly (too quietly, we discovered). I had gotten the easter egg dye kits out and placed them on the kitchen island, but then got side tracked.

Apparantly, the colorful plastic cups intriqued MC and she took one of them and sat on the couch. Moments later Scott said to me, "is it okay that Makenna is playing with those cups?" My response..."no, and the dye tablets are in the cups!!"
So you can guess what color tab she ate! Thank goodness it was non-toxic!

We can chuckle at it now!!

Cheese!!!

Daddy bought MC a cupcake...she sure enjoyed it, or should I say she enjoyed the frosting! This is her cheese face...she see's the camera and the biggest, cutest, cheesey smile appears!! Oh how we love her every day!!!

"NEW PARK"!!!

For Makenna's Second Birthday Nana, Mommy and Dada, Auntie LuAnn and Uncle Brad and DeChantel went in on a swing set for her. This past weekend Brad and DeChantel assembled the surprise in the back yard. Makenna of course absolutely loves it and calls it her "new park". Every day she wants to go outside to play....now only if it can warm up a little bit!! A big thank you to everyone who contributed....MC and her brother or sister will get many hours of play time on her "new park!" xoxo
